- We attempt to understand the world around us without understanding ourselves. As our perception of the world and reality changes, we are forced to adjust and relearn in continuous cycles.
- We attempt to understand ourselves without understanding our surroundings and interconnections, thus our limited knowledge of the world reflects on our own understanding of ourselves and we find ourselves baffled and at odds with reality in continuous cycles too.
Thus we seem stuck in a paradox of understanding – or so it seems.
